may simply be paid on any days they want? My husband's employer pays bi-weekly, but never on a specific day … usually mid-month and end of the month, but could be the 14 28 or 15 and 26. I do not know if that has to do with the cash flow or if it is only when the head feels like signing checks. Needless to say, this is very annoying, which makes it very difficult the budget from week to week.
Not his 15 to. 30th cannot usually want their pay when they are required to do so by law. I hear you, I hate it when I work 5 weeks and only get paid two paycheques, but if I had been working for hours i wouldve got three paycheques = (I pay is shit! Only advantage is that you paid sick leave, etc!
