DISNEY themed BRIDAL SHOWER!!!?
Hey Disney lovers,
I was wondering if anyone had any great ideas for a disney themed bridal shower? I am planning a suprise shower for my best friend (also a disney lover–whose honeymoon is also at disney) and I need some ideas. I already have a great idea for a cake..but I would basically like to have the theme be ALL disney stuff, not just disney princess. I found a game online that was called the ‘disney song matchup game’ where on the left is a list of disney songs and on the right you have to match the song with the correct movie. If anyone else has done this or knows someone who has could you please help me!

Bridal shower favors can be created easily. Collect Disney love songs, and burn a CD. Add a white label with the couples’ names and wedding date in silver. Add silver stars to the label. For ease in labeling, search online for the Cinderella CD jacket and label.
Order silver Mickey ornaments. Tie a length of sheer ribbon, edged in silver, through the loop at the top of each ornament. They make really cute sparkly hanging ornaments.
Have a Cinderella Coach as the centerpiece of the table.
Have a “wishing well” so people can write on paper their good wishes (and/or advice) for the bride and groom and then toss the papers into the wishing well.
Mickey Mouse Cupcakes
Make cupcakes that look like Mickey Mouse by using Oreo cookies for his ears and brown M&M’s for his eyes.
Pluto’s Puppy Chow
9 cups Chex Cereal
1/4 cup butter
1 pkg (6oz.) chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
11/2 cup powdered sugar
Microwave chips, peanut butter and butter for 1 minute on high. Stir, microwave about 30 second more, until smooth. Add vanilla. Pour over cereal in a large bowl and stir. Pour into a large ziploc bag, add powdered sugar. Seal bag and shake. Spread evenly on wax paper to cool.

Tinkerbell! You can decorate in pastel violets, greens and blues. Make up fairy light meringue cookies and play songs from Disney movies in the background.
Use Disney postcards for invitations. You can find Disney postcards on eBay.
If you have an appropriate photo, use the Disney photopass site to create photocard invitations.
Use Disney scrapbook paper and scrapbooking techniques to create shower invitations. You can purchase Disney paper punches from joann.com or laughingplace.com. You can sometimes find Disney punches on eBay as well. You could also make a scrapbook for the Bride/Groom using Disney stickers/paper/photo album.
Decorate different tables or areas for different movies, characters, or Disney theme park attractions.
Purchase or borrow Disney stuffed animals or dolls to use in the decor
Decorate with Disney balloons. Most party stores carry balloons for different characters
Host a Disney pin trading session just like in the Disney parks. Buy each guest a Disney pin– this can also serve as the shower favor. Award pins as prizes for other shower games to increase the number of pins that will be available for trade at the shower. The most affordable option is to buy a Disney pin lot on eBay at a cost of $1 to $2 a pin. For the bride, you may want to purchase a special pin from DisneyShopping.com.
If the shower will run past sunset, hold your own fireworks show– as is done nightly at the Magic Kingdom.
