What kind of education is a necessity to become a writer?
In order to become a writer, what kind of school should go to one? What kind of education is not a need for a successful writer? Where I can find this information?
Technically, any type of schooling is not a necessity. Some writers do not succeed more than a high school education, while many others have MEA screenwriting. However, a good school can give you a few years of time spent writing, the opportunity to meet and befriend young talented filmmakers in the program, and hopefully the opportunity to present their work to the decision of those responsible for input level in the film industry (agents, managers, lawyers, development etc.) University of New York, Columbia, USC, UCLA, and is widely recognized programs for undergraduates and graduates. There are many second-tier schools programs offer (LMU, BU, Pepperdine, etc.) Your best bet is probably to find a school in or around Los Angeles, because it is much easier to make connections film is compared to other parts of the country. Kindness is a trait so easy to learn. Our parents taught us, we learn in school, and we can see in small ways in everything we do.
