Would you consider a 600 (U.S.) $ mens Jade Ring, set in White Gold, was considered too expensive for long term wear?
Although it is always a good idea to get a second or even third opinion of jewelry, or goods that are thinking of buying, I can say this about the ring most important thing I bought. It was my wife's Engagement Ring, only $ 500 for half a caret. She still uses it after 38 years and counting. There are at least a couple of types of jade that you should know. A summary is jade, green a lot cheaper and much nicer looking, bright light compared to natural or "real" jade is usually the darker color of green, sort of dull looking (really), but more expensive. All you have to do is ask the jeweler certified if the jade in particular that you are considering is synthetic (artificial) or natural. He should be able to tell, and if you doubt it, by voting foot outside your door.
