How big is a 0.75 Carat Princess Cut Diamond?
I'm trying to buy a diamond Engagement Ring online but I have visual as to how large it is the middle. I can not decide whether to upgrade to a 1ct center, or 0.75 if it is large enough. So my question is what so great, in millimeters or inches, is the average diameter of 0.75 Princess Cut diamond carat (I realize it is some variation). I just want an overview. If you know a lot bigger than 1 carat is also it would be great! Thanks
It really depends on how you cut the stone. I badly cut 0.75 carat look bigger on top (which was just cut to look bigger), but it will not have nearly as much sparkle, like a well-cut diamond that has provided a good table and depth. The best way to get a visual representation of the diamond when looking at the line is getting a good ruler and the piece Bank paper.
