My boyfriend is thinking of home rule, which has been on the market for 1 year and not to sell ..

He has two other units, and basically pay much money for their homes three combined. Florida property has depreciated significantly and now can see half of what you bought it for. The house is vacant and was built. Tenant only pays for most of 1200, when his mortgage paym 3200.00. Should I close the house and get a credit report bad that he thinks it may be deleted by the credit repair agency? or should keep paying for this house which is vacant / has been paying for a whole year …..

If is able to reduce the price enough to get a bid, perhaps this scenario will work for him.
