I am wanting to propose to my girlfriend and am wondering the best place in the world to shop for a diamond Engagement Ring. I want to buy her a 1 carat Platinum Ring (good quality).
Where are the cheaper places to shop for such an item?????
diamonds direct I dont know if they have a website or you could try a pawn shop.
