Can you remove an engraving on a Platinum Ring?
My ex-wife gave me a ring. It was the coolest ring might have wanted (and I have difficulty to find rings) as platinum and is meant to renew our marriage after he was found cheating. Long story short, I cheated again and I got divorced. There was an engraving on the ring that had a dual meaning. I want to have the ring melted and remade, or simply have removed the engraving. She kept her Diamond Ring 2 carat and stayed with it. It's a beautiful ring and I use it because it really has no meaning for me, but I want the last engaving.
to be honest … I think it would better if u just left it there or melted down / redo .. Remove the print may be offensive .. however, if … SHLD or go to a jewelry store and ask them .. if my ex-wife cheated on me I would be very, very sad … and issues that I will do the same as or
