Can someone help me with Princes and Princesses float ideas?
I have a child care center and would like to enter a float in the Black History parade. My mascot is angels and/or Princes and Princesses. If I do angels I could do Stairway to heaven but how will I build the stairs or whatnot. If I do Princes and Princesses of the Royal Palace how would I build the palace. The children on the float will dress the part with either angel wings or princes and/or princesses. Please help! Are these good ideas or not? If not how should I perfect it?
With little ones, it’s all about safety on the float.
You could use plywood to build a set of large boxes stacked up to resemble stairs. You’d want to put rails on it too.
For Princes & Princesses, you could use fabric to make the rails of the truck look like turrets and walls, and then just couple them up in costumes from different countries. Have them sit along the sides and put a big plywood castle in the center.
